began in 1987 in Portland, Oregon as a real estate investment and development company.

Twenty years goes quickly when you are a growing company. Originally DLB&A built, leased, and retained ownership of several manufactured home parks in the Pacific Northwest region along the I-5 corridor. Using this strong foundation, the DLB&A team has expanded and evolved into a successful company that works with a variety of residential housing projects. The transition from manufactured housing developments to townhomes, condominiums, single-family homes and site development has been a natural progression for the team at DLB&A.

DLB&A has one of the most experienced and talented construction development teams in the area.
